Hi, I'm Danny Moore the Founder of IntaFood. You might have guessed but I'm passionate about food! I'm very lucky not to dislike any specific type of food (well apart from Celery!) and because of that I am extremely adventurous with what I try. I've travelled around the world and tasted the local cuisine in every country I visited. I was in dreamland when I tried the curries in Kerella, India; the Pad Thai in Chiang Mai, Thailand; the local Szechuan dishes in Beijing, China; and the fresh sushi at Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan.

On my return I wanted to recreate those flavours at home. I would try again and again and produce 'nice' dishes but they were different to what I had tasted away and in good restaurants at home. I have learnt that to create great tasting food all you need is the right 'authentic' fresh ingredients and the confidence to know exactly what to add and when; you can then produce great tasting and truly authentic flavours!

The idea for IntaFood first came to me when I realised there was a gap in the market for authentic Cooking Classes which were more about a fun experience and having a good time. I wanted a professional chef to teach me the basics and at the time I couldn't find what I wanted. When I researched the idea I also realised that to buy the authentic ingredients I had to go to China Town, which was time consuming, and I also had to buy more ingredients than I needed. I wanted a pack that conveniently had all of the authentic ingredients together and were the perfect amounts for a dish for me and a friend. I couldn't find a product like this anywhere and so identified my second gap in the market and have created the IntaFood Recipe Pack.

IntaFood is just the start for me. I passionately believe in personal development and I have big plans and a very clear dream on where I will be taking this brand.
